Hello fencers!
The statutory holiday (family day!) means there is no fencing tomorrow, Monday, February 18.
Enjoy your families. If you can, fence with them! 🙂

St. Patrick’s day
Speaking of teams, I propose a night of flepee team fencing to celebrate St. Patrick’s day on March 20. What is flepee you ask? It is teams made up of foilists (fleure) and epeeists competing against each other. We will make up teams at the start of the night, then each team will fence the others to determine a winner by some probably not quite official method. Prizes could include Lucky Charms and bananas and green things. As usual, I am making it up as I go, but you can be certain there will be leprechauns.
