Hello fencers,
Just a quick note to say we **are** fencing tonight, (Wednesday December 2, 7 – 9 pm.)
Some of you may have heard Dr. Henry’s COVID update, under which there will be additional restrictions for “adult group sports” but structured youth sports are continuing.
As always, we do not quite fit. We are not ONLY adult or youth, and we are not a team sport. (Ah, fencing, the sport of misfits and individualists!)
I have been advised by Royal Oak Middle School that we are good to go tonight, but they did also advise that (as always) change may come… and as such, I strongly advise those of you who were thinking of signing out a dry foil for home practice to do so tonight.
