Are you ready for fall fencing? Registration is open for our returning members (and new members who have fencing experience) — to register visit the MEMBERSHIP menu above.
The DETAILS:
We have the Royal Oak Middle School gym booked and ready… Fencing starts on September 9!
NOTE: NEW Practice times:
Monday 8:30 – 10 pm (no instruction — fencing only)
Wednesday 7:30 – 10 pm (warm up plus practice)
Saturday (Skills and Drills!) 4:30 – 6 pm
Also new this year: you can opt to buy/renew your Canadian Fencing Federation (CFF) membership with your club membership. we will take care of the registration hassle for you.
CFF membership permits you to compete in sanctioned events, and insures you at CFF or BC Fencing Association events outside CCFC practice and in house tournaments.
Purchasing with CCFC allows members to include these fees with KidSport or other fencing funding for youth.

Beginners classes
The coaching crew is meeting on August 24 and shortly after that we will have the details for our Fall 2024 beginner classes.
Welcome to any potential beginners who have joined this email list! Registration details will be sent to this email list shortly after our meeting.
As always, we sign up lots of beginners through referrals, so we will also ask our current members to help spread the word about our classes.

Wheelchair fencing is not yet posted, but three Canadians are competing in wheelchair fencing and this article features some of the world’s top fencing paralympians. You may have seen the Netflix film Rising Phoenix which features fencer Beatrice Vio.
