Club picnic Saturday, July 19!
Fencers, it is summer…. Let’s picnic!

Saturday July 19

Horner Park (near UVIC for those who want to scoot up there for Saturday practice)
Park Info: this park is located near Shelbourne and Cedar Hill Cross Rd, so it is accessible by several bus routes, car and bike. we are not booking a picnic table and instead asking folks to bring their chairs. Chris H and I can bring a couple shelters and folding tables.

What is already there
The park has bathrooms, shade, parking, a lawn for games, play ground and sport courts. There are picnic tables too. Dogs are welcome (except on sport courts).
What to bring
Bring yourself, and, if you wish:
- chair or blanket to sit on
- some snack foods to share
- lawn games / activities
- fencing gear if you like.
- family and friends
- Shade canopy if you have one
