The Capital City Fencers’ Club will hold it’s annual general meeting on Monday, December 10, at start of practice.

- Review and approve minutes from last AGM

- Approval of fees and stipends
- Proposal to add a $50 stipend for gas for carpool drivers taking youth to out of town tournaments
- Election of the 2018-19 Board of Directors and youth rep

All fencers who have paid for beginners class or fencing practice in 2018 are eligible to vote in this meeting.
