Sanctioned fencing events & Licenses
To compete in sanctioned events, fencers need a CFF license. They can be purchased at http://fencing.ca/
This license costs about $60 per year, and has many benefits, including:
– sanctioned tournaments are part of the ranking system
– sanctioned events are less expensive for the club to insure
– participation in CFF and tournaments helps build the sport of fencing in Canada!
The license must be renewed each August.
