Club governance
The Capital City Fencers’ Club i a democratically run non-profit organization. The first $5 a fencer pays to the club in a season (September-August) entitles the member to one vote in the AGM and the Election of the Board of Directors.
The 2025 Board of Directors is: Robert Smith (President), Stacy Chappel (Treasurer), Eden Armstrong (Youth Rep), Chris Hodgson, Robert Taylor, Samuel Comeault, Anna Smith, Trevor Morrison, Noelle Chang-Zhelka, Isaac Carter-Hughes .
The club is governed by its’ Constitution and Bylaws and the BC Society Act.
